About the artist:
Lauren is a freelance illustrator living in north London. Her studies in Falmouth, Cornwall, lead her to be interested in childerens books and a keen eye for bold colours, shapes and textures.
Originally she started out wanting to be a fine art painter, but discovered the fun of story telling that comes with illustration. Over the years she has dipped in and out of painting, but digitally illustrating characters and plants have been her favourite topics to draw.
