For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions regulates the business relationship between Le Raclet (‘Online-Shop’) and the purchasing person (‘Buyer’) regarding the transactions through the website www.leraclet-shop.com.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Le Raclet.
All products on the online-shop represent an online catalogue, and they are displayed as a not a legally binding offer.
A binding contract between the Buyer and the Online-Shop takes place only by clicking on the ‘buy’ button and becomes
effective once a written confirmation of the order is sent by the Online-Shop via E-Mail.
Payment can only be made through credit card and paypal:
Credit card
By submitting the order, the buyer will transmit his credit card data to the online-shop via Stripe.
Stripe will ask the Buyer’s credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and accept the offer.
PayPal
The Buyer will be redirected to the website of PayPal where the payment details will have to be stated.
All prices are shown in Euros (€).
3. Retention of title
The goods remain property of the online-shop until full payment.
4. right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised in writing (via email: [email protected]) or by returning the item within two weeks, the online-shop will not refund the costs of returning the item.
The right of withdrawal doesn’t stand if the buyer has caused, even involuntarely, any type of damage to the item purchased.
5. Terms of delivery
Shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer in addition to the stated product prices and can vary according to the Buyer’s location. Any information provided about the delivery times is without guarantee unless the online-shop has expressly agreed with the Buyer to a date of delivery.
6. packaging and Shipment
the Online-Shop will safely pack the item purchased by the Buyer within 3 - 4 business days, and is entitled to choose the Carrier of transport if not otherwise expressly agreed with the Buyer. Shipping costs are calculated before the order is placed and by clicking the 'buy' button the Buyer agrees to such additional expenses.
7. Transfer of Risk
The Buyer is provided with a Tarcking number at the moment of shipping and has the responsibility to check the satus of the shipping of the ordered Item. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer at the beginning of the shipment, and at the latest by transfer to the carrier. If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the Buyer has to complain about such damages as soon as possible to the Carrier and contact the Online-Shop immediately.
